Time between when a set of measurements is taken, and when the readings are available to the Master and for external viewing.

This time depends on the maximum number of cell-boards in a bank, and on the reading rate.

Cell voltages are measured and reported each reading cycle; temperatures, every N cycles, where N is the maximum number of cell-boards in a bank.
